how fast?

i agree with what you said, and true, not everyone jumps up, but they should learn to, because it will get you on a longer pole, if that is your aim.

True everyone has to jump somewhat at the plant but there are different types of vaulters, for instance im a drive vaulter, so I get tall as possible but keep my angle straight5 ahead, not up. And I drive the piss out of it, example Derek Miles, Joe dial, tim mcmicheals etc... Usually jump vaulters takeoff a little outside an there angle is up, if your going to do this you better be able to lj like a son of a gun!
On a whole new level 6-20-09

true, i guess guess different types might not jump up as much, but the ones who do can get on longer poles with less speed :idea:
