What would be a good weight for vaulting im about 6 feet 180 + or - depending on the lifting, but i want to stay under 180 because its hard for me to find poles because i crush all poles up to like 185 then i get to the 90s and its as stiff as a telepohone pole, i dont understand how peeps can be so lite though its crazy 135 lbs is sickening to me to jump that high too you must get launched off the sticks. i need like a 16 200 to get launched, but what is a good weight for how tall you are anyone know???

Hey Smokin, You weigh the same as i do! :dazed: I can't believe you jumped at Joe Dial's and didn't visit Mike and I. Hey UCONN valta, I thought I was the New England record holder! We can share I guess.
Those on top of the mountain did not fall there.

I was on a 16' 160 all i ever jump on is 16' poles or 5m pole not much for using short sticks. I was on 14 strides I just felt really good that day and jumped well.
