good morning
i have my periodizatoion stuff but will have to email it.. i don't know how to post pics or graphs..
i have an over view of the full year.. mego amd mini cycles.. that fit the high school and college season...
the number of times per week you should do each type of training etc..
everything is percentage progressive......... which (hopfully) should keep the athlete injury free.. no abrupt changes throughout the year........
also what to run and how hard to run every day of the year......
if an athlete comes from another sport they "plug in" at that point and should not go back to try and do base work... the coaches and athletes that try that usually will not "peak" for their cahmpionship meet and/or will get injured.. you can't really make up for lost time... you just have to trust whatever they bring from the other sport .. and that is all they can bring to the table at that time of the year.........
