if not seriously weight lifting, i wouldnt seriously worry about it at all, it really will make almost no difference (extra protein) as long as your eating a reasonably balanced diet. if weight lifting, a gnereal rule of thumb is .5-1.0 gram of protein per pound, but there are several discrepancies, and I know your body can only process a certain amount of protein an hour (somethin like 25 or 50 grams, depending on metabolism, so ridiculous amounts of protein will just be wasted)
