sometimes i really hate this sport

ya well i got that 12 feet yesterday.. today i couldnt do anything... there was no wind yesterday but today was a really good tailwind.. at first i couldnt penetrate or rockback.. adn when i finally did penetrate on one of my last 5 jumps, i couldnt rock back any more on them.. didnt even clear a height today..
i run, therefore im buff.

fong, don't worry, of all things, the day after a big meet or a big pr is typically the hardest to jump. Hard to go from feeling like you're on top of the world to just being at practice, but dont worry man, you'll get it back.
