Hey Oak,

I was just wondering what height you're attempting in your picture?

unless you like jumping at 17 for the rest of career then yeah who does need training but you gotta up the anty and get your butt in shape to get higher than that, i hardly think jeff hartwig had that attitude, i know youa re being sarcastic, but train hard, work hard, jump high

I am always in shape I weigh 135 I run 4.3 40s and work my butt off but I don't have time to train cause I'm done with school but I will still jump higher then 17' that just my fall start.
