Hi, I am in trouble!
I had a terrible winter season,..., different coach problems!

I please all the members of this forum, if you could give me advices and examples how can I train (an example of training) for a particular period

I would like you give me some examples of your workout in the pre-season period, and then pre-competition and competition period!

I'm sorry that you had such a terrible winter! I really hope that you can work things out with your coaching issue. But, in the meantime, here is a website that I found for you that has a workout plan. It is http://www.advantageathletics.com/workouts.html

I also found this website, but it isn't very clear on some items in the workouts. it is:
