I'm a sophomore and my personal record is 10 feet, but i'm always consistent at 9. the problem is that I don't pull and turn. I even got the 10 landing on my frontside. My top hand grip is RIGHT below the weight number, which is probably a little more than 11 feet, which isn't good because i should be clearing 10 easily. I use a 12 ft. UCS Spirit.
What weight lifting exercises could I do to help pull myself up, and what at-home practices to turn myself?
What exercises should I be doing at home?

Hello here are just some gimmicks that might work

Visualize the vault, study it, think it, and then you might do it without thinking.
Hand stands help to build strength with balance. Next time in practice give yourself a break and lower the handhold one fist you will move it back up after you see how lifting the hips and turn phases flow.
Keep the hands close to the body as long as you can in the pull phase and pull to the shoulder of the opposite of your top hand this will help to start the rotation.
In practice raise the bungee or crossbar to 14-15 feet.
If right handed touch it off with you left foot (opposite if left-handed) this help you train to pull and turn.
