I think Richard Spiegelburg GER 12.8.77 5.40 has very good technique. Check his jumps out on Stabhochsprung-take off and fly away. Herbert Czingon (Stabhochsprung-take off and fly away) and his staff are fabulous coaches. They run a very good program.
