Bolt vs Powell

Unread postby rwolf » Wed Jul 14, 2010 12:24 pm

The highlight of this Friday’s Diamond League meet in Paris has to be the matchup between Jamaican sprinters Usain Bolt and Asafa Powell in the 100m dash. While Bolt has been out with injury for most of the season, Powell has dominated the event, posting a league leading 9.82s in the process. Bolt is, of course, the world’s best sprinter with his unreal world record of 9.58. It will definitely be an entertaining race, and you can see it LIVE at http://www.universalsports.com at 2pm ET or on Universal Sports Network.

Bolt dropped a 9.82 his first race back (with .1m/s less wind). I'm not a sprinter, so I don't how much that effects one's time. Either way... it should be a sick race.
