i havent slowed down and havent studder stepped in a long time.. well at least the studder part.
but in my run if anything i have started running sooner instead of taking the first couple slow steps. i should have a video up by wednesday of run from side view, front and full vault if these help at all

well had a meet tonight. vaulting was amazing until i had to leave it for the 200m run.. P.R.ed in the 200, apparently i wasnt allowed to get my full rest time after the 2 since there there were only two vaulters left(including myself) so went out at 13'. my steps from 7 lefts were right on didnt get sucked under at all, and i penetrated and got deep off the carbon.. things went well except after the 200 haha.. now looking for the cable to connect my camcorder to the pc to get the videos up
