Your problem is on the ground with your plant and takeoff as stated earlier. Your pole appears to be bent and you have not left the ground. A great indicator you are under. When you are under you will not be able to swing up powerfully and cover your pole. If you want to vault 14' + fix the stuff on the ground and you will be amazed at how much easier it is to fix the air stuff.
