Check out www.improvedathletics.com - a video review coaching site for all sports. There are already some good pole vault videos on there that are worth watching. Here is a video of a 7 left jump by my coach Tim Mack - in his 6m pole vaulting days. Good stuff! The website was created by UT-PV Alum Tim O'Hare.
