Re: New practice video with my new camera
Hey so here is the video from my meet yesterday. This was the last meet of the season for me. I think I did pretty well considering this was my 4th day from a 7 Stride and second day on 15'6" poles since 2009. I also tied my pr that was set in 2009 of 16' which I ran from an 8 Stride on a 15'6" pole holding at 15'5". Yesterday I jumped it from a 7 Stride on a 15'6" pole holding at 14'9". I still have a lot to work on but a good year for me. Well here is the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nBmSkb4mDYo

Re: New practice video with my new camera
I decided to go to a track meet today. I have not vaulted or done any other physical activity for a month. I went and did some warm up drills on the grass and then vaulted. I only jumped 14' but i will take that! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=es7CBhBchUI
