So after a practice with about an hour and a half of problems things started to finally click. Bungie is up at 14' with standards all the way back. Pole is a 14'6 150, grip around 14' a little less, and I'm coming from a 6th left. For those who have seen other videos of me vaulting, is it just me or are the last few steps less lunging and more quick/desirable? Any comments would be greatly appreciated as i believe the 2nd vault to be the best vault i have executed on camera so far.

Definitely some improvements over your last video. Just curious, did you move your step in like I suggested previously? In this video, it looks like you could move it out a bit if you can avoid stretching your last steps like you were before.
You need to try to get the hands in position a little earlier and get comfortable with jumping without support of the box, so that you can get your takeoff out at 11' instead of 10'. This will help you get more penetration, by keeping your hips from getting sucked under so soon, and you will be able to jump off the ground instead of having a flat takeoff angle. Do a lot of pole runs and try to delay the pole drop so that you can let it drop freely. Focus on posture and quickening of the cadence. Make sure the pole tip doesn't hit the ground until you have taken off.

Good jumping! It looks to me like your turn is... I'm not sure how to word this... ending your jump too soon. You aren't getting the full extent of your jump in because you turn too soon and end the jump there instead of riding it out more.

Some things that I am seeing myself do(let me know if im wrong here):
Not dropping the head enough
overstriding (I take off around 10'6, considering my 2 left hits at about 24 ft id say, thats 7 foot strides...)
as tsorenson said, im waiting for the impact of the pole in the box to begin the jump
im not completely finshing the top of the vault, i drop the shoulders, pause, then break the right arm rather than a continuous motion
and if i was competeing id need to release the pole and hollow out a tad to get my arm out of the way
let me know if any of these observations are on or if any happen to be wrong or unimportant

I wouldn't worry too much about anything that happens in the air until you can get your plant fixed. Vaulting feels entirely different when your step is "on" or "out" vs. being under.
Keep your posture tall at the plant, don't reach for support of the box. Keep your hands high, and get your hands to move ahead of the feet; that means that your right hand should be already turned over when your 3rd-to-last footstrike occurs. This may help you to get the feet down quicker. Make sure you are emphasizing the position/timing of your hands and your posture on all your walking plants. I also have kids do three-step plants at home with a stubby, running in place and moving the hands/feet as fast as possible. If you aren't fully extended when the takeoff foot strikes, your plant is late.
