This is my winter project.
A Senior with a PR of 10'3". She cleared that on this same pole a 11'6" 140lbs holding at 11'0". Her goal is to clear 11 at a meet this spring, but she is doing some jumping in the fall. Give her the postive and negitives from some other voices around the community. Anything will be welcome. Thanks

Re: Winter project
Not bad technical wise. I mean you can always get better and better but right now she is just gripping too low to jump 'much' higher. I know plenty of people will argue that but unless she is 5'0 11' is a very low grip. Most the girls I know that jump 12 or higher can straight pole grip close to 11' so if they held that low they would just swing right through to the back of the pit.
