I've been working on this for the past couple weeks and I still can't seem to get my bottom arm to relax as my body becomes vertical and it's stopping me from becoming completely vertical (not fully, duh). That's basically my biggest fault in my jumps, along with pulling through at the top of my jump and turning earlier. I have a few jumps from a meet that took place last week.
it goes 10', 10'6" then 11' (with slow-mo of each right after).
i'm on a 13-45 pacerFX gripping at 10'4" (including the depth of the box)

I can't truthfully say I've ever done this, since I'm about 1 foot under you, but try when you get inverted to use your upper (right) arm more o pull through, then turn and push off (if you have the power and can get in that position) with your right- you really don't need your left, lower arm much at all by the time you're up there- just pull and twist, then push off w/ your right arm.
To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift. -Pre
