That is not the same ou team that was at one point 12-0. They sucked tonight LSU should of beaten them by 40 pts! And jason white can take that heisman trophy back to wal-mart, let somebody who actually wants to win have it cause he stunk!!!!!!!! The heisman trophy winner is 13 of 39 for 100 yrds and 2 ints and was 0-4 on the fifty yard line with 2:30 plus left on the clock, I think sorry old Nate Hybl could of done better! We need a national caliber quarterback before we can win again. Maybe Tommy Grady, Paul Thompson, or the kid from Texas?

I just love the chaos within the BCS b/c of this. Nothing better than to see the system take some heat. Screw BCS. Screw bowls. We need a national championship playoffs. Top 4, 6, or 8 teams. I'd prefer 6 so that top two have a bye. Eliminate the controvery and the East Coast Bias in the computer polls (at least to the degree it is now)!!!!!!!!!!!!

Random thoughts:

Congratulations to the LSU Tigers, winners of the BCS title.

Congratulations to the USC Trojans, winners of the AP title (votes are in).

Now the Big 12 is 2-6 in bowl play.

The biggest winner is Coach Saban, who gets a big raise.

Wonder what Russ is doing right now. He was at the game.

That was a tough game to watch. Definitely not the same OU team I watched in past couple of years. I think if OU would've focused their entire offensive strategy on blocking, I believe, Lionel Turner, we'd probably have a win. LSU's defense killed us. And our offense could not capitalize on the numerous opportunities LSU handed us.

Regarding the BCS, I just wish there was one more game left.

The way I figure it, if someone is going to beat Georgia twice in one season, they had darn well better be winning a national title!!!

i agree-the national championships should be like a vault meet-its not neccessarily who is the best one there, but more who is best on the given day under the given pressure. there should be some sort of uniformality (real word-?) in all sports-take olympic qualifying for example: give the top seeded vaulter (or other event-er) or two from the previous qualifying years a ticket and let the next top 8 or 10 compete against each other for the remaining slot(s). just a thought.

yep, LSU played amazing defense, great coaching, and a brilliant defensive gameplan. They come out and dominate OU the same way K-State did. Defense wins Championships!
