this has probably been done before but oh well just curious as to what people on pvp do in the off season as far as keeping in shape like playing other sports
i race bmx some still and play lacrosse.

I just do workouts.
I used to have the whole national gymnastics meet to prep for/compete at, but I don't do that anymore.

wow. thats a lot more than i could ever say lol. farthest i got were the nat'l champs in bmx racing.

That's cool. Yeahhh I went to nationals 4 times. It was super fun.

Forgot to mention that since my season has ended, and I'm graduating soon, my coach and I have dropped the athlete-coach relationship and become friends. Thus, we are training together all summer, and are planning a road trip.
