Balco Indictments

I haven't had the chance to read the news reports about this yet, but it looks like a bunch of indictments came out relating to the Balco situation. Letsrun.com is doing a great job of keeping track of how this relates to the track and field world.

There have yet to be any pole vaulters mentioned in all of this. Let's hope it stays that way!

I have a feeling this is going to get very very ugly. Alot of athletes are going to be busted for this.

Basically what happened was this company created a new steroid that was untestable. Somone sent a vial with a liquid in it to a testing agency, and developed a way to test for the stuff. So now they are going back and testing urine samples. Alot of people are testing positive for it. They haven't released the names yet though.
