Halloween costume ideas?

Unread postby Peepers PV » Mon Oct 18, 2004 8:47 pm

every year the different classes at my school have a class theme for halloween, and this year they are pretty sad. i suggested napoleon dynamite, but that was immediately nixed. any one have any ideas?

things that have recently been done:
togas
angels and devils
the homeless
the 80s
bourbon street
pajamas
the mafia
football players and cheerleaders- the boys were the cheerleaders

ideas for this year:
colors and shapes
food items
the president of student council's haircut
superheros
girlscouts and boyscouts
cowboys and indians
seniors... as in senior citizens
disney characters (please no...)

...this is painful! :dazed:

yes, yes my class is on the short end of the creative stick. right now "disney characters" is in the lead. i told the girls that this pretty much limited us to ballroom gowns, and we had the following conversation.
"no it doesn't, you could be jasmine, or wendy, or anyone from pirates of the carribean"
"ok, so now i could choose between a genie costume, a nightgown, a corset, or a ballroom gown?"
"yeah"
and then this was me --> :dazed:

::sigh:: o well, i suggested breakers flasher idea, but it didn't fly with the faculty. then i suggested cool runnings, and the faculty said no to that also. when asked why, they replied that they didn't want to promote drug use. i told them it wouldn't promote drug use, it would promote bobsledding, and then they told me to go to class. the quest continues...
