I was a rock climbing instructor/guide for a while and i've taken a few people on trips that were afraid of heights. They seemed to like it untill it was time to come down.

im not afraid of heights...but im a bit afraid of falling. Hmmm ya i still polevault lol, doesnt scare me then. Its more like bungee jumpin, id neva do it.

Im not afraid of hieghts unless the hieght is quickly decreases on to a very hard surface

I used to be afraid of heights... until i realized its not the height to be afraid of... it's the sudden stop ;)

Im only afraid of extreme heights, but ironic seeing i rock climb, im fine until im all the way up and look at what i just climbed.
