best track and field magazine?

Track and Field News is the only one I know of.

I don't know of any other track magazines really. USATF sends out a quarterly thing to their members. It generally sucks.

There's Runner's World which is pretty fluffy and obviously just about running/walking/fitness type stuff.

If you are interested in the tech part of track and field I would recommend TRACK COACH. It is the official technical publication of USA track & Field.
