what to bring...

im going to a local pole vault camp soon and i was wondering what i need to bring. im new to pole vaulting so i have no idea what to expect.

Bring clothes to work out in, be prepared for any type of weather, bring snacks, money for lunch (or a lunch depending on how it is set up), spikes if you have them, regular shoes to run in... and a good attitude :)

depends on where it is and what you're doing...staying overnight? might be wise to bring sheets with you too...

I'm at a camp in Massachusetts right now...it's a lot of fun when you have people to talk to! haha...
