Haha very good keith ! For everyones information that is me in the pic.

I think the pic looks weird b'coz the blue bit on the bar is lined up with my blue shorts so it looks as if I'm in front of the bar when I'm actually behind it.

it is exactly how it looks, he skied the bar by a couple of feet the pole went under the bar and then straight into his groin area as he was falling to the mat! :crying: it looked very painfull.

Is that a 4.60 or 4.90 pole? Nice jump!

I used to put a old plug on the other end of the pole to keep it from being any worse than it already is.

Yeah it's a 4.90 pole. Yes pvjunkie it did touch my leg on route to right between my legs ! I have it on vid too. It hurt a lot ! I still have scars at the very top of each thigh just beside my emm groin shall we say.

Thankfully after a few minutes rolling around in agony I recovered and continued vaulting and managed to beat keith ;) hehe

I used to vault with a cap on the top of my pole anyway but now I always double check !

LOL you can be as famous as that guy from Atlanta :P

Whenever I searched for pole vault on Kazaa or whatnot, that video was the only thing that came up.
