Sunglasses?

haha, adam, maybe you shuold try wearing sunglasses for a meet or 2 and see how it goes.

I almost always wear sunglasses when I compete and train outdoors. It's not just a comfort thing--if you're squinting you're tensing up the muscles in your face, and that can creep to other parts of your body so you end up running tight and rigid. Helps on a windy day too for the same reason.

Havn't worn them indoors yet, though I've been tempted.

SlickVT -- Amen to the whole eyes watering while wearing contacts notion! That is why I wear sunglasses when I vault outdoors. Also I wear them so I don't have to squint either!
