Bungey or Bar... what is this?

But I want to say that this is the a great invention by a very dedicated person! I have had one at my place for the last 3 years and it enables me to coach different levels at the same time. The only issue with that is that I stand by the pit most of the time. Raising and lowering the Bungee...

If anyone could please give me some direction into making one of these please let me know. Obviously, I don't have a big enough budget to spend $500 on a peice of equipment.... barely enough to get new poles.
