I currently coach for a high school and have a girl pole vaulter who weighs usually anywhere from 148-152 lbs. She is on a 11' 150 lbs mystic when she weighs in under 150. I feel she is capable of jumping on a 12' pole, but noticed they don't list mystic or spirit poles at 155 lbs. Do they not make them or do they just not list them? I noticed spirit do have a 12' 160 lbs. Would that be too big of a jump for her to get on? Any suggestions are helpful.
Thanks

They make 12' Mystics in 5lb increments. Spirit only does 10lb increments on their 12' poles.
I would recommend getting an 11'6 156 ESSX though. It is a pretty big jump from an 11' 150 to a 12' 155.

I realize that it is a pretty big jump from 11' to 12', but when she was over weight of 150 lbs she vaulted on a 13' 1.5'' 155 spirit pole without bending of course holding at about 11' 6''. I was just figuring she could hold lower on a 12' if she needed to and work her way up as she is only going to be a junior. Do you still think it would be a big jump?
