Dear ASTM F08.67 Pole vault equipment subcommittee members and interested
parties:

The ASTM F08.67 subcommittee with meet on Thursday, November 20 from 9 am to
5 pm (or until we are done) in St. Louis at the Renaissance Grand and Suite Hotel in
conjunction with the ASTM F08 Sports Equipment and Facilities Committee fall
meeting.

The primary item of business at the meeting will be to finalize changes,
improvements, and modifications to F1162-02 Standard Specifications for Pole
Vault Landing Systems so that this standard with its changes can be
submitted to ballot for approval.  If you are unable to attend but have
concerns about the standard, please forward those concerns to me so that I
may present them at the meeting.

I anticipate that we will be able to get most tasks finished by 3 pm, but we
have a meeting room reserved through 5 pm if we need more time.

I look forward to seeing you in St. Louis.

Vault high and land safely-

Peter
