Long wait for Pacer Carbon Weave

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing very long waits for this pole. Our school ordered on Jan 15 and we still haven't seen it. Hope it gets here before May.

Did you order them directly from Gill or through someone else? I ordered two from Gill around that time and had them in early March. You or your coach should follow up. They make all of the carbon weave poles to order and I can't believe that in this economy they are that backed up.

actually they are pretty busy, they have had a ton of orders in the last month or so. i would say to all gill and just check up on it to be sure

i ordered mine in mid February and got them the first week of march because one of their machines broke.

It took a little longer than normal for the poles I ordered for the HS this spring but it should never take that long. I would follow up with your sales person.

A guy at our state meet used that pole...I could tell because it was silver [definitely a carbon fiber] but there wasn't a bright yellow sticker; it was a different color.

He did really well. I think he got 13' or 13'6"...maybe 14'. I forget which.
