Swing Up Invert Device

Unread postby Darth Vaulter » Sat Jan 15, 2011 1:58 pm

The Rick Attig/Mike Ford Swing Up Invert training device has intrigued me for a couple of years. I'd be interested in comments from people who have used it. Does it work and is it worth the not insignificant cost?

I worked at a camp where we had one to use. I wasn't given much instruction on how to use it, and I managed to get whacked HARD in the forehead with it. I looked like a unicorn :crying:

It seemed pretty cool, but I would make sure everyone using it knows what they are doing!
