It is interesting because I thought the company making poles for him was Altius but it is not according to this.

looks like xlogic sports is having a problem and took it to federal court see link below

I am not at liberty to discuss the issues of the federal court case on intellectual property infringements. We intent to let the Federal Courts decide.
I am doing the best I can in solving any issues people have with their ESSX poles received between January 2011 and April 2011.
