Dave Nielsen Pull Up Bar In Effective Practice Drills

I have recently watched Dave Nielsen's Effective Practice Drills for the Pole Vault and I would like to know if anyone knows how to make one of those Pull Up Bars that he keeps by his pit to do drills on. I would really like to buy or make one. If anyone could give me more information on that I would greatly appreciate it. Coach Jones
