Indoor Box Installation... Who does it?

My school is looking into getting a box put into one of our gyms so we can set up our pit and actually vault without having to go somewhere else and pay to get off season practice. All we want is strictly the concrete cut out of the floor and the box installed with obviously a cover so no one breaks their ankle during a basketball practice. The gym is a synthetic type floor with concrete slabs underneath. Does anyone know a company that can install the box and make the cut out of the concrete and around what price it may be to get it done? We're in the Columbus, Ohio area.
