Adding weights to slide box
Does anyone here have a diagram for a homemade slide box where I could had spokes in the back to place weights on for resistance. And also, are track surfaces the only surface you can use a slide box on?

You can add carpet to the bottom and use it inside a gym.

We have a set for our indoor track. One for the gym floor. And, one for asphalt. Note of caution----spot your athletes when they first start on asphalt. I had one boy last year not resist the pole and ended up on his back with a knot on the back of the head.
Go to Jan Johnson website for a diagram for the box.

Also, Monday morning, go to Home Depot in the back by the saw and look in the cut wood bin. I've made a slide box for less than ten dollars.
