One-handed handstand legs closed...
One-handed handstand legs closed...
does anyone know anybody with a video of someone doing a one-handed handstand with their legs together? I would really like to see it!!! It seems INCREDIBLY hard to do, but possible (I hope). It would probably have to be on a bar of some sort, or a block. But yeah, PLEASE help me find video!!!
Thanks,
Jess

WOW, those videos are AWESOME!!!! Any more?
And I wouldn't exactly say there was a bet... But one of our vaulters was thinking it was physically IMPOSSIBLE to do one with your feet closed, because of the lack of balance control from side to side... I said that strength and firmness can be used to achieve that balance, it's what we have stabilizing muscles for so not exactly a bet, but I was wanting to make a point, that it is POSSIBLE! It may be easier to do it with legs open, but it is possible to do it with them closed.... for super strong/coordinated/amazing athletes!
Again, any more videos... I'm very impressed by these, and can't find any on my own...
Thanks everyone!

This is a longer video but if you want to see some strong and balanced athletes take a few minutes to watch this.
