Can anybody tell me what the rules or regulations are that a set of high school standards must meet or exceed to be considered legal for competition?

I was looking more in the area of construction/ size regulations. I'm considering building my own, but I don't want to do so and have them be illegal for competition

I dunno if there are regs that aren't related to adjustment and peg length.

the national track and field rulebook will have it but that costs money, your best bet would be to find a set of standards in use at a highschool and copy the dimensions

I saw that thread and its where I got the idea from. I want to do something like that with a crank for height adjustment.
