North Central PV Camp "20th Year"

The North Central College Pole Vault Camp is 20 years old in 2008. Although the camp has changed names a couple times over the past 20 years (Aerial Assault, Pacer Pole Vault Camp), the coach has remainded the same. The camp started with 5 campers at Naperville Central High School, and has grown to over 100 campers at North Central College during a few summers. Not to shabby for a commuter camp.

To the old campers. Come out and see me this summer if you get a chance. To my current campers. Good luck this season, and I'll see you in June. Six more weeks of fun and fundamentals. And... to those in Chicagoland who haven't joined us yet...I hope to see you this summer.

Great camp! It serves novice pole vaulters all the way through college pole vaulters. Tons of one-on-one attention. It also lasts for six weeks so you get tons of vaulting in, have consistent coaching, and improve greatly. They also have a vault club during the fall on Sundays & a winter camp. It's a great way to consistently train during the off season. If you are serious about pole vaulting and live in the Chicagoland area, you should check it out.

I'm hoping I can make it this summer. Last summer I was out of town for most of the summer. This year I will have summer school nearly every day, but I think I can shift some classes on Monday and Wednesdays to the morning to accommodate the camp.

Is there anywhere I can find more info on the fall vault club?
