board runways

Unread postby ttuvault615 » Wed May 14, 2008 6:46 pm

This may have been asked before, but I was wondering what the rule is on board runways being used outdoors. I found the USATF rule that says they are allowed indoor, but I can't find anything in the rulebook definitively stating yes or no outdoors. Thanks!!

They are legal for qualifying purposes, but USATF won't ratify records on them.
