End of Season

Unread postby VaultPurple » Thu May 15, 2008 4:39 pm

Alright so the season is over and I dont want to get completatly out of shape but on the same side i need to rest some from shin splints and stuff.

Does anyone have any specific routeins for right after the season or to do for training durring the summer when there is no pit around?

I was thinking about taking two weeks off and then start on a weight training routein and some form running and sprints.
