UCLA Pole Vault Camps
Does anyone know how good the UCLA pole vault camps are? I know Anthony Curran is a pretty well known coach but besides that I don't know anything else.

I went to the vault camp at UCLA last year and it was really fun. You vault twice a day and the other times you get to do w/evs or the stuff they have planned for you. Curran usually goes around and helps every group while the actual UCLA vaulters have a designated group to coach. I really suggest going. I was going to go this year but I decided not too. Too much moola for just 3 days.

i just did it last week. its awesome. i seriously think i improved, especially my takeoff. before i had no trail leg, a weak plant, and swung up too early. all of that has improved a lot. my trail leg swings long and straight, my bottom arm is almost completely straight at takeoff, and im actually leading with my chest on my takeoff now.
its tiring as hell though. 4 straight days of vaulting are killer. everything was sore on that 4th day.
