Carry = Petrov carry + "free pole drop"
Run = 'perfect' midmark... How much (%) should the athlete increase their cadence? By however much is possible (for our perfect athlete, ~infinity?)
Plant = Petrov plant*
Swing = ?... Now here is an interesting one...
Everything after = ???
"Catch up" to the drive knee/leg (or pre-stretch that in addition?) (maybe) then swing with a COMPLETELY STRAIGHT BODY 'til WHEN? Until push-off? What about the mysterious lat-pull? Would breaking of the hips be advantageous when there are no strength limitations? If not and a straight body swing is best, how does the extension work? Surely there will be nothing but passiveness...?
*I am getting ready for a big post on what I call the 'upward plant'. It is much like Isinbayeva's... Bubka did not plant in the same way, perhaps due to the length/weight of the pole, but as poles get lighter...
