Woodcreek High School track and field clinic

The Woodcreek High School 2009 preseason track and field clinics continue in the coming weeks for athletes 10-16 years of age.

Learn training techniques and competition skills from Woodcreek coaches. Bob Smith (jumps), Paul Sinatra (pole vault) and hurdles coaches Stefan Moore and Rich Terwilliger provide specialized instruction.

Three clinics remain in the series with in-season practice skills Jan. 22-24, competition skills Feb. 12-14 and advanced competition skills Feb. 26-28.

The Jan. 22-24 session is not available to current Woodcreek High School athletes because it falls within the CIF dead period.
