Cardinal Vault Club

The Cardinal Vault Club will be from October 18-December 20th this year. We will be vaulting on Sunday afternoons. It is held at North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. You can find the details at: http://www.cardinalvc.wetpaint.com

This camp is very good. In 1998 I went to Coach Winder's summer camp and learned to be solid at take off. This past year(2008-09) I went back to him and we figured out how to jump PR's on smaller poles. It made me realize he knows something about vault efficiency.
