Trail leg

What causes this persons trail leg to bend when they get off the ground?

i did the same thing for a while.. then it just kinda fixed its self oddly enough
speak softly and carry a big stick

I think the only reason that his trail leg is like that is because he's not trying to keep it straight. It's not something that was caused by his technique, rather he just needs to think about keeping it straight and it's an easy fix.

I often do this also, its more of a mental block than anything else i think
