Swing training

Unread postby duhcalvin » Mon Dec 27, 2010 1:04 am

So today i was doing pullups in my door jam and i always play around by doing a couple swings stretching my trail leg back and then it hit me. why not build a swing bar that mimicks the feel of a pole, instead of just using a pull up bar? so i went to the hardware store and played around with various configurations and i came out with a 45 dollar swing bar that also works for pull ups. so now i have both, i just wanted to see what everyone thought.

just mount in ceiling (on a beam of course) if i had a barn or a better place i would have made it bigger but it had to fit in my room

just mounted it on the ceiling, works like a champ :D
State of mind is everything
