I am 6', 155lbs, the bar is first at 12' 6" then at 12'. The first video I am on a 7 step on a 13' 6" 165, with a grip of 12' 11", the second video I am on a 13' 6" 155 with a 12' 6" grip. I have states on Monday, so I will not make any changes for then, but I am interested on what I can work on for my senior-year outdoor season.

good morning,
i suggest marking your run out on the track and try and increase your speed.. just a little..
right now you are a little flat... get your chest-hips and legs in alignment with a little better posture and increased frequency..
a little more "dynamic" and explosive should let you gradually raise the grip and jump higher..
