USATF Coaches Registry

I saw where at the 2011 USATF Championships only coaches who have been approved by the USATF Coaches Registry will be able to obtain a coaching credentials.

Is anyone on here registered? Also how will this affect athletes who's coaches are not registers, looking through the list of coaches registered I think there are several pole vaulters who will be going to nationals who's coach is not registered.

The registration process is quite easy, it just cost $35 dollars for a background check. It is quite frustrating that I already paid for a background coach to be a club coach and now the same organization (USATF) wants/makes me pay for a duplicate check.
