Great job Scott! Your swing has really improved! Now swing even faster, and explode your hips up even harder!! No need to hang out in any position when you've already swung above (covered) the pole!! :yes:
I think your strategy of staying on smaller poles for a while has helped cement your major technique changes. It will hopefully pay off when you get on the big sticks

Thanks Tom! I am super excited about how I am doing. Things are slowly coming together for me. I had a break through at the end of this practice with my top end. I cant wait to jump on Sunday.
