Oh and Michalski made on his first attempt.

So five athletes clear 5.65 on their first attempt. Borges, Michalski, Lavillenie and Wojcieshowski all have no misses, and da Silva had a miss at 5.50.

Now second attempts!

Mesnil over by a foot and falls on it. Out.

Oh no! Mesnil had a HUGE jump over 5.65 for his third attempt and hit it with his shin/ankle on the way down. He looks crushed. That's a NH for him.

Love the French feed!

Nice third attempt clearance for Sawano! Now they cut away to an interview of Pistorius, so we probably won't get to see Derek's third attempt.

A make for Miles! He stays alive!

Bar goes up to 5.75. This height could medal! Only 4 athletes are still clean.
